When there is a requirement to re-test or re-program devices already on Tape & Reel, we can help.
MRC has machines that can de-tape your devices automatically by the same machines that put the devices in the tape originally. This insures lead integrity as keeps your yield closer to 100%.
We have capabilities for any devices that need to be re-inserted back into trays such as:
- QPF
- TSOP
- BGA
- micro-BGA
- QFN
- MLF
SOIC, MSOP, TSSOP, QFN, & MLF devices can be re-inserted back into tubes.
Manual De-tape is available on all other units such as
- SOT
- PLCC
- SOJ
- TO-263
- S-PAK
- D-PAK
- Connectors
- Crystals and
- any other bulk product.
